Hello hello!
Today I wanted to share a master bedroom design scheme that I finished a few weeks ago. My client was looking for a fairly minimal + modern master bedroom plan that was relaxing, crisp, and tailored. She also wanted to stick with a mostly neutral color palette, but with additions of blue.
This is what I came up with:
The nightstands were existing, but essentially everything else is new. We went with tans, creams, and whites for the larger furniture pieces (headboard, x-bench, rug, armchair), and then layered on shades of blue for some color + contrast.
This approach is actually one that I recommend fairly often, especially for those who like to switch things up and redecorate regularly. By keeping the larger purchases neutral, one needs only switch out the smaller items (throw pillows, blankets, artwork, accessories) to achieve a whole new look.
Anyway, I will always and forever love the combination of blues + neutrals, and this room is no exception!
Wishing you a fabulous Wednesday!
